NFL 2020 Playoffs – A wild Saturday and Sunday from NFL Playoffs brought us some great games. Starting off with the Buffalo Bills vs. Houston Texans. This was a game that could have went either way. The Bills started off with a 16-0 lead but the Texans would have none of this as they managed to outscore the Bills 22-6 in the final half to tie the game and then eventually went on to beat the Bills in overtime with a field goal. The amazing part of this was that the Bills had the Texans Deshaun Watson almost to the ground before he miraculously got out of that jam and threw a pass to Taiwan Jones who scuttled it up the field to great field position in which they would eventually kick a 28 yard field goal to take the win. It just goes to show a busted play that turned into success for the Texans. This is the stuff that happens in the playoffs. Next Saturday look forward to a fun and exciting game as the Texans visit the Ravens in the divisional game. These two met earlier in the year and Ravens walked away with a win.

Saturday wasn’t finished yet, as the Titans had a date with the Patriots at Foxboro. This is a game that if you had viewed it you would have seen the Titans as the more motivated team to win. The Patriots looked as though they did not have enough in the tank. Derrick Henry was wearing these guys out with 182 yards rushing and 1 td. Looking at the stats for these two teams they seemed to be even with time of possession and Patriots seemed to produced more yards, but the glaring difference was the running game as the Titans rushed for 201 yards vs. the 98 yds the Patriots put up.

Sunday was a shocker as most of you would have penned in the Saints as the winner of this one, but the Vikings came prepared to play. A Vikings lead in the 3rd qtr.  20-10 would be melted away as the Saints came back roaring to tie the game up and send it into overtime. The Vikings went to work right away with a pass to Adam Thielen close to the 4 yd. line and then a 4yd td pass to Rudolph for the game winner.

The Eagles and the Seahawks was a somewhat boring game, as the repeat score of 17-9 happened again for the Seahawks to advance. The unsettling thing about this game was the inadvertent hit from Clowney to Wentz, which sent Wentz out of the game in the 1st quarter. The Eagles scores were dotted with 3 FG’s and no touchdown action at all. The Seahawks will be meeting up with the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau Field next week. All of the games next week are must see as the bye teams come to life in the playoffs. The Texans will be meeting up with the Ravens, the Titans will be meeting up with Kansas City, and the Vikings will be meeting up in the bay area with the 49ers. All games are must see. Who will come out of next week? What is your opinion?
