This Year Last year will be something to talk about ten years from now, provided that situations don’t escalate. Go back to last year, when the shocking news that we lost Kobe Bryant on a very overcast Sunday in late January. This was a shock to the world. This bothersome event lingered on throughout the Sports World and beyond. Early talks of the pandemic was just starting to get traction, and then March hit, where NBA games were canceled and then league play would be suspended until the summer. NFL 2019 Week 8- I will start off this blog with this link to follow for scores and highlights for this week.  Washington D.C. although in turmoil was happy to see the likes of the Nationals take on the Astros and win the 1st 2 games only to loose all 3 games in Washington; the series goes back to Houston, as the Astros only need one game to repeat the World Series accomplishment.
