Statistics NBA-All Time-ABA should be included

Statistics NBA-All Time-Points: I looked at this and found that Julius Erving had scored 30026 pts in his career, unfortunately 11062 of the points were scored in the ABA. Do you think the NBA should had combined those records?  Why not; these were professional basketball players period.  Consider if they had, Erving’s stats considered from the NBA, he would had been ranked 8th in all time scoring. It’s a travesty,  that they didn’t include all of the stats together. Do you need to shop->click here Create Amazon Business Account How about George Gervin with …READ MORE

Corona Virus CoVid-19- Shutting down everything

Corona Virus CoVid-19 Shutting down everything and can you imagine back in January we would be where we are at today. The big kicker started with the NBA wanting to play games in an empty arena, but that changed shortly once Rudy Gobert was diagnosed with this disease. In the midst of starting the late games on Wednesday night, the NBA decided to shut it all down for a while, by declaring they would suspend the League’s play. Wow! Okay that was a kicker, but then several other leagues started to think this out and …READ MORE

MLB: Players Can Smoke Cannabis

MLB Players Can Smoke Cannabis: It has always been my opinion that drugs don’t mix with sporting performance, and I will continue to believe that; as your body is disoriented somewhat from performing well.  A younger version of me tried this and could not perform very well doing this. My point, the MLB players and any other sporting figures, probably have figured out that cannabis does not enhance your performance. They say that some of the weed now used such as the sativa strains will not do that, but to endanger a big sports …READ MORE

76ers minus Embiid & Simmons -Road trip?

76ers minus Embiid & Simmons –It was not long ago, maybe a couple of years, around March 15th when the Sixers started out their 16 game winning streak. They were the talk of the NBA and it was with the likes of folks like Dario Saric, Robert Covington, T.J. McConnell, J.J. Redick, and Markelle Fultz, as components to the Embiid and Simmons show. The dogs were Dario Saric and T.J. McConnell. The way these Sixers played just was going to be a surprise to everyone. They even had beaten the Cav’s late that year when …READ MORE

Kobe Bryant memorial on Monday? Here’s how to watch

Monday’s memorial service for Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, who were killed along with seven others in a helicopter crash last month, will be steeped in symbolism. The jersey numbers of the basketball legend and his budding prodigy — 24 and 2, respectively — are intrinsically rooted in the details. Everything from the date of the event — Feb. 24 (02/24/20) — to the ticket prices — $24.02, two for $224 or $224 each — relates to those special numbers. Twenty thousand mourners will fill downtown Los Angeles’ Staples Center — “the house that …READ MORE

76ers Start of the 2nd half of the Season

76ers-Consider this! The Sixers are 25-2 at home; the best home record in this 2019-20 season.  Remember when they started off the season with that 5-0 start. Experts were then talking about the Sixers great starting line-up with the likes of Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, Tobias Harris, Josh Richardson, and newly acquired big man Al Horford. The experts back then were figuring the Sixers to be in the conference finals at least toward the end of the season. 76ers also with the best starting five also had a mediocre bench. Prior to the season start, …READ MORE

Kansas City wins Superbowl LIV-beat 49ers 31-20

Kansas City wins Superbowl   Kansas City wins Superbowl. This was a pretty good Superbowl game, as the Chiefs closed the books on the 49ers late in the 4th quarter 31-20. The 49ers were in a good position walking into the 4th quarter with a 20-10 lead. Most Chiefs fans probably had the sinking feeling at that time, and even after Mahomes had thrown his second interception, it really appeared as though the 49ers were in total control. The Chiefs caught a break when Mahomes hit Hill for a 44 yd pass play to get …READ MORE

When Lebron surpassed the “Mamba”, they showed a brief picture of Lebron and Kobe shaking hands at a recent game.   Between last night and this morning there wasn’t a …READ MORE

NFL 2020 Championship Games-Superbowl is Next

NFL 2020 CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES-Sunday came and gone, and we had some blowout games. It appeared as though only 2 teams showed up Sunday. One, the Tennessee Titans who we expected to hold the ball with the spectacular play that we had seen out of Derrick Henry over the last two playoff games got calmed down as the Kansas City Chiefs put together good offense that ended the Titans climb to the Superbowl game. Kansas City total yards; 404 to the Titans 295. The Titans didn’t look bad, they just didn’t have the juice to beat …READ MORE
