NFL Best 5 Teams 12/01/2020. In the year that everybody would love to erase out of their memories, the National Football League continues to sputter along regardless of the Covid infections that many of the teams are seeing.  Guess it is a good thing that the stadiums are not in full capacity. Despite all of the problems of the world, I looked at the NFL standings and what teams are doing right now. NFC East 2020-What a pitiful Situation!

NFC East 2020-Pitiful Situation- The NFL season is pretty much into full swing with every team about 10 games under their belts. You have the Pittsburg Steelers running away with a 10-0 start. Every game they have played, they have pretty much master each game. You have the Chiefs, Saints, Rams, and Seahawks competing to get to the playoff’s with decent records. Then you get to the NFC East, who for some reason can’t even break 500 ball. Washington football team, has the lead in the east by percentage points with a paltry 4-7 record. …READ MORE

NFL 2020- Week 3-Strange Season

NFL 2020- Week 3  It’s been a strange season, with little to no fans in the stands when watching professional football.  The games are pretty competitive, but that live fan audience missing has a lot to be considered. NFL 2020- Week 3. Watched some of the games this weeks, and the one that I really liked was the Cowboys vs. Seahawks. You know both teams are pretty talented and watching Zak Prescott and Russell Wilson go at it was entertaining!  The final score on this game was 38-31 Seahawks. In these games home field only …READ MORE

NFL 2019 Week 15- More suspense in Playoff Hunt

NFL 2019 Week 15 – The season is drawing close to the end, and as we had expected the Baltimore Ravens are still playing extremely well. Thursday night football had the Ravens beating up on the New York Jets 42-21 and believe me it was even that close; the Jets scored 14 pts in the 4th quarter, mostly due to the Ravens putting in some subs probably. Lamar Jackson looked good as ever despite the rumors that he was questionable prior to the kickoff. Jackson threw for 225 yards but had 5 td’s  and managed …READ MORE

NFL 2019 Week 14- Teams are Clinching spots

NFL 2019 Week 14 brought us some clubs clinching spots for the playoff’s. We all knew it; but the Ravens were a cinch to clinch. They beat the Buffalo Bills this past weekend in Buffalo 24-17. The Ravens still claim the number one spot in the AFC and need to continue winning in order to get the number one seed going into the playoffs. This means they will get a bye in the 1st round and then play 2 remaining rounds at home. We continue on and seen the Kansas City Chiefs also clinch by …READ MORE

NFL 2019 Week 12- The picture is getting clearer!

NFL 2019 Week 12 NFL 2019 Week 12 Last Thursday started football week 12, where we seen the Colts met up with the Texans.  This was a pretty competitive game for Thursday night although there was some controversy surrounding the last minute of the game about a fumble which could have turn the results another way, but it didn’t. First hand look at the alleged fumble appeared to be called correct. Texans win 20-17. The game that I was waiting to see was the Seahawks vs. Eagles. Heading into this Philadelphia’s inactive list was loaded …READ MORE

NFL 2019 Week 11-Who woke up the Falcons?

NFL 2019 Week 11 NFL 2019 Week 11/// Let’s face it, football can be a violent sport. Players taking vicious hits on the field. Yes you see this every time you see a NFL football game.  Last Thursday was no exception as Pittsburg took on Cleveland. Going into this game Cleveland wanted to make a statement by winning this game, after the beat the Bills the previous week. Early predictions prior to the season starting was that Cleveland was going to make the playoff’s, and many folks jumped on that bandwagon. NFL 2019 Week 11—Cleveland …READ MORE

NFL 2019 Week 10- Veterans Day Salute

NFL 2019 Week 10- Before we get started let us salute the fellow men and women of the Armed Services who have made sacrifices to keep our country safe in it’s Democracy. Once again; Thank you for your service.     Monday night’s game was a barn burner with the Seattle Seahawks, and the San Francisco  49ers sparring for the 1st time this season. This has got to be the best Monday night game of the year. Yes; Russell Wilson is a monster, and should be the MVP of the league. His timely plays helped …READ MORE

NFL 2019 Week 9- Games are getting tighter!

NFL 2019 Week 9-This week we took a trip to Las Vegas and experienced the excitement of football at one of the more famous Sportsbook Westgate. It was excitement at it’s best including the Seahawks and the Buccaneers.  You would have expected that the Seahawks would have big game against the Buc’s considering the way the Buc’s had been playing. The Buc’s gave it all they could, but in the end in overtime, Russell Wilson would just be to much to overcome. I hear that this guy has thrown 22 TD’s and only 1 interception …READ MORE

NFL 2019 Week 7-Teams Emerging

NFL 2019 Week 7-  it seems as though Thursday was a while back when we seen the Chiefs dismantle the Broncos on Thursday night 30-6. Regardless of the fact that they did it without Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs appeared as though they were back to what they were used to doing and that was winning. Actually they played the Broncos and that was what bought them back to winning. No slam on the Bronco’s, but they just don’t have what it takes to win right now. The real test for the Chiefs will come on …READ MORE
